about

This meditation is called Ananda Mandala which means "Circle of Bliss".

It clears and balances all the chakras, which are the seven energy centers in the body that run from the base of the spine to the crown of the head.

These chakras are directly connected to your state of consciousness, and your state of consciousness creates your life ~ either heaven, joy, bliss, success, wealth, health, loving relationships ~ or caught up in suffering and problems.

Ananda Mandala is an ancient yogic practice that has been performed powerfully for several thousands of years for the purpose of awakening and it's done to expand your Consciousness beyond any limitations.

A voice begins counting rhythmically –

“One – two. One – two. One – two.”

– inhale on “one” and exhale on “two” – taking in full breaths through your nose and then forcing out the air by pulling in the stomach. Try to breathe through your nose only!

The counting gets faster…

“One, two. One, two. One, two.”

The breathing should keep going steady with no breaks…
and the count speeds up once again as we near the end of the first cycle –

“One two – One two – One two – One twooooo!”

Now we hold your breath with empty lungs and focus on the root chakra – the first energy center in the body located at the base of the spine.

Next we inhale and holding the breath inside, we focus on the crown chakra at the top of the head, – then let the breath go and the cycle starts again.

“One – two. One – two. One – two.”

Now we hold our breath with empty lungs and focus on the second energy centre Swadistana located at tail bone region.

Next we inhale and holding the breath inside, we focus on the crown chakra at the top of the head, – then let the breath go and the cycle starts again.

"One – two. One – two. One – two.”

Now we hold our breath with empty lungs and focus on the third energy centre Manipura located at the Navel (solar plexus) region.

Next we inhale and holding the breath inside, we focus on the crown chakra at the top of the head, – then let the breath go and the cycle starts again.

"One – two. One – two. One – two.”

Now we hold our breath with empty lungs and focus on the fourth energy centre Anahata located at centre of the chest region.

Next we inhale and holding the breath inside, we focus on the crown chakra at the top of the head, – then let the breath go and the cycle starts again.

"One – two. One – two. One – two.”

Now we hold our breath with empty lungs and focus on the fifth energy centre Vishudhi located at Throat (epiglottis) region.

Next we inhale and holding the breath inside, we focus on the crown chakra at the top of the head, – then let the breath go and the cycle starts again.

"One – two. One – two. One – two.”

Now we hold our breath with empty lungs and focus on the sixth energy centre Agneya located in between two eye brows.

Next we inhale and holding the breath inside, we focus on the crown chakra at the top of the head, – then let the breath go and the cycle starts again.

"One – two. One – two. One – two.”

Now we hold our breath with empty lungs and focus on the seventh energy centre Sahasrara located at Crown of the head region.

Next we inhale and holding the breath inside, we focus on the crown chakra at the top of the head, – then let the breath go.

Come to normal breathing.

The powerful chanting will help you to stay in that extraordinary experience of Consciousness as the energy settles within you.
